TrustMark is a not-for-profit social enterprise established in 2005 in conjunction with UK Government, industry bodies and consumer protection groups. Its aim is to provide consumer confidence through their expert network of approved Scheme Providers (of which NFRC is one).
NFRC and NFRC Competent Person Scheme (CPS) undertake rigorous vetting and inspection processes and procedures to ensure our members meet and continue to meet the highest standards of roofing workmanship. As such NFRC members (and registered contractors in our sister company NFRC CPS) all meet or exceed the entry criteria for TrustMark membership.
Not all NFRC or NFRC CPS companies are TrustMark members as joining TrustMark is a members’ choice. Similarly, there are companies listed on TrustMark that are not members of NFRC nor registered with NFRC CPS—NFRC cannot vouch as to whether those companies meet the rigorous roofing knowledge and workmanship standards demanded of NFRC membership. For example, they may be general building companies who also offer roofing as one of their services, but they aren’t a specialist roofing contractor.
