Tile Nibs - Issues with Single Lap Interlocking Tiles

It's been brought to our attention that some Members are having issues with how single lap interlocking tiles are being produced. One of the main problems is the failure of tile nibs. NFRC would like to ascertain the extent of the problem so we can feed back to the manufacturers.
