NFRC Member Wins Prestigious Investor in People Award for UK Employer of the Year

The awards ceremony, held at Old Billingsgate in London, hosted over 830 guests and celebrated the very best in organisational development and people management from across the globe.

DJRS’s victory marks a significant achievement, as it stands as the only Northern Ireland firm to reach the final four, overcoming competition from over 300 entries submitted by 200 organisations across 15 countries. This recognition also highlights DJRS’s commitment to excellence, with the company holding the Investors in People accreditation since 1993 and previously winning the same award in 2021.
