NFRC and HACT Introduce New RETROFITCREDITS Programme

The NFRC Roofing Suppliers Group committee recently met with Antoine Pellet, Head of Retrofit Credits at the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (HACT), who introduced the new RETROFITCREDITS programme.

The scheme unlocks investment in social housing retrofit, by verifying the emission reductions and social value of retrofit projects, and connects UK business investment in decarbonisation projects with the housing sector’s increasing retrofit objectives, by originating carbon credits backed by emission reductions and social value.
