The full call for evidence can be viewed here.
The call covers the following aspects:
- the lending market
- the demand for finance
- the application and approval process
- alternative models of finance
- under-served customers
If you have any experiences in these fields you would like to share, NFRC would be happy to listen to your thoughts and ensure they are submitted.
Accessing finance can be a sensitive subject for business owners, so rest assured that any submissions to the call for evidence that NFRC makes on your behalf can be fully anonymised if you wish.
The call for evidence is designed to help the government assess how their existing policies meet the needs of business and the lending sector in overcoming barriers to finance. It will also help them understand where they may be able to go further to create growth through support for small businesses and the lending sector.
Please contact [email protected] if you would like to have a conversation.
The call for evidence ends on 8 May, so please be in contact before then.
