The Bat Conservation Trust has released three bite-sized modules to help those working in the built environment understand more about bat awareness and biodiversity net gain basics for industry.

Understanding more about bats' behaviours and nesting habits can help you inform homeowners and businesses, whilst understanding the action to take if you're working on a building with bats.

Although some homeowners consider bats a pest, they do not cause any damage and more importantly, they're protected by law. Therefore, consideration needs to be made if you encounter bats or a bat roost when working on any property.
