CIJC: new pay promulgation
CIJC has now released its 2023/24 pay promulgation. Steve Smith, Employers' Secretary for CIJC, has asked employers to note the following: The effective date is 10 July 2023 which gives less time than usual to make the relevant changes. Should a company find the implementation date challenging, then they should make the changes effective from 17 July at the very latest. There should be no backdating of the changes. This promulgation will also be placed on the CIJC Employer Limited website.
