NFRC Members serve both large and small housing developers across the UK.
Our focus is to support our members and the sector as set out by the CLC’s Housing Group to meet the challenging demand of substantial increases in the volume of homes constructed alongside the need for higher standards of quality, safety and energy performance.
We input into the work of the NHBC on compliance, knowledge and skills development and collaborate with the House Building Federation on promoting these outputs.
Alongside newbuild, NFRC Members carry out framework contracts on re-roofing developments.
NFRC members who are also a registered contractor of NFRC CPS can self-certify flats and housing refurbishment projects in England and Wales.
Clients, designers, general contractors and others who have a particular interest in roof design and procurement can join NFRC as a Stakeholder Member.
