Tickets are available to purchase through the button above and are offered at discounted rates for NFRC members and when purchasing tables of ten tickets.

All ticket purchases are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 1.6%* of the VAT inclusive order value.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please email [email protected] and state your booking reference number and the how many of your tickets you wish to cancel. Regrettably the booking fee is non-refundable and all refunds are subject to the following:

• If cancelled before 31 December 2024, 50% refund (less booking fees)
• If cancelled between 1 January 2025 and 28 February 2025, 25% refund (less booking fees)
• Cancellations on or after 1 March 2025, sorry no refund.

For awards guests wishing to stay overnight, we have negotiated discounted room rates at InterContinental London — The O2. This applies to a limited number of rooms only, on a 'first come - first served' basis. Click the link below to book your room.
