How we work We are actively engaged with a broad network of external bodies to ensure that the resources available at the NFRC Careers Service are not only up to date but also of the highest quality. Our partnerships include collaboration with renowned organisations such as the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), Go Construct, leading colleges and training providers, and respected professionals within the roofing industry. Additionally, we regularly consult with other industry associations and other key stakeholders across the construction sector to keep our content relevant and aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices. Through these collaborations, we are dedicated to providing the most accurate and comprehensive career guidance available.

Chantalle started her journey with the team at Industrial Construction (Sussex) Limited (ICS) in 2011 as Receptionist/Administrator, and is now the Office and Supply Chain Co-ordinator.
